Ingredients
  

  • 14 ounces of seasoned frozen potato fries
  • 8 slices of smoky bacon halved
  • 10 pieces of crispy chicken nuggets frozen or homemade
  • 8- ounce package of shredded Tex-Mex cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup of creamy ranch dressing with herbs
  • 1 tablespoon of honey mustard sauce
  • 1/4 cup of diced red bell peppers
  • 1/2 tablespoon of finely chopped roasted green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon of minced roasted garlic

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Fries

  • Start by preheating your oven according to the instructions on the bag of fries. Arrange the seasoned frozen fries on a baking sheet, making sure they’re not touching to achieve maximum crispiness. Bake them as directed, usually around 20-25 minutes.

Step 2: Cook the Bacon

  • While the fries are baking, it’s time to prepare the bacon. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once it’s hot, add the halved bacon slices. Cook them until they are crispy and delightful. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once they’re done, transfer the bacon onto paper towels to drain excess grease.

Step 3: Cook the Chicken Nuggets

  • Next, prepare the chicken nuggets. If using frozen chicken nuggets, simply follow the cooking instructions on the package. They usually bake well at 400°F for about 20 minutes. If homemade, make sure they are cooked through.

Step 4: Assembly Time

  • Once your fries are golden brown and crispy, take them out of the oven. Layer the hot fries with a generous amount of the cooked chicken nuggets on top. Crumble the crispy bacon over everything.

Step 5: Add Cheese & Final Baking

  • Sprinkle the shredded Tex-Mex cheese blend generously over the fries, chicken, and bacon. Pop this masterpiece back into the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is perfectly melted and gooey.

Step 6: Finish It Off

  • Once your dish is out of the oven, drizzle the creamy ranch dressing over the top. Get fancy with diced red bell peppers, chopped green chilies, and minced garlic to complete your creation.
