Ingredients
  

  • 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can sweet corn drained
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 cup finely chopped red onion

  • 12 oz rotini pasta or other medium-shaped noodles
  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup creamy chipotle ranch dressing
