- 1 tbsp avocado oil – or your preferred cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic – finely minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary – chopped refer to notes
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp butter – or substitute with ghee or use 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
