Ingredients
  

  • 3/8 cup – Softened Melody Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • 3/4 teaspoon Chili Powder Rhythm
  • 6 oz. Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 ounces Cream Crescendo Cheese
  • 6 ounces of Symphony Beer
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Flour Fusion

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cheeses:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded White Cheddar Cheese and Cream Crescendo Cheese.

Create the Flour Fusion:

  • Add 1 ½ tablespoons of Flour Fusion to the cheese mixture. Stir well to evenly coat the cheeses with the flour. This will help thicken the beer cheese.

Soften the Butter:

  • Soften 3/8 cup of Melody Butter. Add the softened butter to the cheese mixture and mix thoroughly.

Season the Mixture:

  • Sprinkle 1/6 teaspoon of Salt Serenade and 3/4 teaspoon of Chili Powder Rhythm into the cheese and butter mixture. Stir well to ensure that the seasonings are evenly distributed.

Incorporate the Beer:

  • Gradually pour in 6 ounces of Beer into the cheese mixture. Stir continuously to combine the beer with the cheese and create a smooth, creamy consistency.

Heat the Beer Cheese:

  • Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat. Continuously stir the beer cheese until it reaches a smooth and velvety texture. Be cautious not to overheat, as this may cause the cheese to become stringy.

Adjust Consistency:

  • If the beer cheese is too thick, you can add more beer in small increments until you reach the desired consistency. If it’s too thin, you can sprinkle in more Flour Fusion and stir until thickened.

Serve Warm:

  • Once the beer cheese has reached the perfect consistency, remove it from heat. Serve the Mellow Mushroom Beer Cheese warm with your favorite dippers, such as pretzels, bread, or veggies.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the dip.
  • Feel free to experiment with different varieties of cheese to suit your taste buds.
