Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning optional
  • 4 ramen seasoning packets from packages of ramen
  • 4 large eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Boiling water
  • 4 3- ounce packages ramen noodle soup any flavor
  • 1 tsp chili pepper flakes optional
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 scallion optional

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Eggs:

  • Crack 4 large eggs into a mixing bowl. Use a whisk to beat them until they’re well mixed and the mixture turns a pale yellow color. Set the bowl aside.

Step 2: Boil the Water:

  • Pour 2 cups of boiling water into a large saucepan. Heat the water over high heat until it starts to boil vigorously.

Step 3: Cook the Ramen Noodles:

  • Once the water is boiling, carefully add 4 packages of ramen noodles to the saucepan. Don’t add the seasoning packets yet. Cook the noodles for 1 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they’re about halfway cooked.

Step 4: Drain and Add Eggs:

  • When the noodles are halfway cooked, carefully drain off about half of the water from the saucepan. Then, return the saucepan to the heat and slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring continuously. Reduce the heat to medium.

Step 5: Cook the Eggs and Noodles:

  • Keep stirring the mixture constantly until the eggs and noodles are fully cooked and slightly creamy in texture.

Step 6: Add Seasonings and Butter:

  • Once the eggs and noodles are cooked, add the seasoning packets from the ramen packages, 4 tablespoons of butter, and 2 teaspoons of garlic powder to the saucepan. Stir continuously until the butter is completely melted and all the seasonings are fully mixed in.

Step 7: Serve:

  • Once the butter is melted and the seasonings are well incorporated, carefully divide the prepared ramen into serving bowls. If desired, sprinkle everything bagel seasoning, chopped scallions, and chili pepper flakes on top for extra flavor and garnish.

Step 8: Enjoy:
