Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Ice

Ingredients

  • 750 mL Premium Vodka
  • 2-1/4 oz. Raspberry-Infused Spirit
  • 8 oz. Fresh Raspberries
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 oz. Pure Syrup
  • 1 Lemon Squeeze
  • 1/4 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz. Orange Zest

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Raspberries

  • First off, get those fresh raspberries washed and ready. Use a handful for muddling, saving a few for garnish.

Step 2: Muddle the Ingredients

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the fresh raspberries, lemon juice, and agave nectar. Gently muddle them to release the juices.

Step 3: Add the Spirits

  • Next, pour in your premium vodka, raspberry-infused spirit, and elderflower liqueur. Add a squeeze of lemon for an extra zing.

Step 4: Shake Vigorously

  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 20-30 seconds. The aim is to chill the drink thoroughly and mix all the ingredients well.

Step 5: Strain and Serve

  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a few fresh raspberries and a zest of orange for that final touch.

Notes

  • Use Fresh Ingredients: Fresh raspberries and lemon juice make a world of difference.
  • Chill Everything: From your vodka to your glass, keeping everything cold ensures a refreshing drink.
  • Mind the Shake Time: Shake for at least 20 seconds to combine all flavors effectively.
  • Adjust the Sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter drink, add a tad more agave nectar.
  • Garnish Creatively: A twist of lemon peel or a mint sprig can elevate the drink’s presentation.
